New Addition

I woke up one morning and vaguely remember agreeing to get a dog. Charlie has brought a lot of joy to our family. Gigi found a breeder in Los Angeles on a Friday and Saturday we flew down-picked out the best of a litter and drove back to Sac. Peeing, pooping, up in the middle of the night, constant feeding and licking of the face hasn't happened in our house in a long time...well maybe the licking.

The boys work on carving up some ducks for dinner. Iron chef Uncle Phil, the coolest uncle in the world, gave the kids a cooking lesson.

Max is the best cat ever. I usually don't publicly admit to liking the cats in our house, we have 2, mainly to avoid feeding and cleaning up after them.

Gigi enjoyed some girl time in the cool waters of Lake Tahoe.

The boys enjoyed parasailing with their cousin Sarah this summer in Lake Tahoe.

First Day of School

The boys are headed off to the first day of school. Mathew is a freshman and Alex is a sophmore.
